Dr. Divall is always very caring and considerate , one couldn't wish for a better doctor. The only down side is that it is often very difficult to get an appointment.

I see Dr Divall in the ENT clinic at the Hawthorns Surgery and I have found him to be very pleasant and personable but at the same time completely professional. His explanations of my problems are concise easily understood. He always has time for questions and I have never felt rushed or made to feel that any concerns I may raise are trivial.

Dr Divall is a very understanding doctor who will listen to your problems and does not fob you off. He is thorough with his examinations and will only prescribe what he thinks is the appropriate medication. I trust him completely. The only problem is it can take up 2 weeks to get an appointment which is not his fault.

Dr Divall has treated me for a range of medical problems over the last five years. Often these were relatively minor ,e.g.URTI, others were potentially more serious like essential hypertension or COPD. Whatever the issue I have invariably found him attentive, sympathetic, quick to respond and reassuringly appropriate in his treatment. I am glad to add, because I think it important, that he is a very pleasant courteous man and one in whom I am happy to place my trust.
